What Mimi Memo is

Mimi Memo helps you keep links, photos and notes, sort them into sets, and look back on them over time. Using the app means you agree to what follows.

Your content stays yours

You keep every right to everything you save. Mimi uses it only to run the features you use, including, if you allow it, the A.I features described in the Privacy Policy.

Sharing and shared sets

When you invite someone into a set, they see it at the level you granted. You can stop sharing at any time; whatever they added stays theirs.

Your account

Each account is tied to an email address. Deleting your account removes all your content from Mimi, except what you added to other people's shared sets.

Mimi Gold and purchases

Mimi Gold is an auto-renewable subscription, monthly or yearly. Payment is charged to your app store account when you confirm the purchase. It renews automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal is charged within 24 hours before that end. Manage or cancel it in your account's subscription settings. Palettes are one-time purchases that stay yours. No Mimi account is needed to buy; signing in only lets a purchase follow you to your other devices. Purchases made through Apple's App Store are also governed by Apple's Standard License Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

If these terms change in any meaningful way, Mimi tells you by email before they take effect.
